According to Wang Jun, an assistant researcher of the Agricultural Products Processing and Nuclear Agricultural Technology Research Institute of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, medical information shows that calcium intake only accounts for the recommendations of the China Nutrition Society. 9%-53.7%. The team members made the bones and spines of freshwater fish into fishbone powder, and then used hydrochloric acid to extract calcium from them. Finally, calcium was prepared into calcium complex amino acid chelate, and animal toxicity experiments were passed. The experimental results prove that this kind of organic calcium is more easily absorbed by the body than calcium carbonate and organic acid that are already on the market, thereby improving the effect of calcium supplementation.
It is reported that scientific research personnel are proceeding to apply for a patent on the preparation process of this composite calcium agent, so that the product can enter industrial production as soon as possible.
However, Wang Jun also reminded the public that if it is only mildly deficient in calcium, it is best to eat food supplements such as multi-educated bone soup, fish soup and soy products and other calcium-rich foods.
