Unlike other AI-based services on the market, M can perform tasks on behalf of users. It can purchase items, send gifts to loved ones, book restaurants, arrange trips, appointments and other things. This is just the initial stage of making M a large-scale service, allowing people who use Messenger to complete tasks one by one in all sorts of things. This is a good idea. Users are very satisfied with this, but why suddenly choose to stop? ?

M will stop providing personal services on January 16. This is a bad case for user interaction products. Facebook said that it will provide new roles for contractors who serve M. For example, content review may require more professionals.
It is not difficult to see from the two stoppage events that Facebook is very rigorous about artificial intelligence, and every project tries to be consistent with the original idea. Once the project starts to deviate, Facebook will immediately adjust, even at the expense of the entire project.
