The high-temperature cultivated alfalfa and white-leaf germplasm resources in Zhejiang Province were integrated, and a variety suitable for cultivation in the region was selected as “Yujing No. 3”. The variety has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high yield, and good commercial quality. The average output per mu is up to 1200 kg, which is higher than the average output of the main planted single-season quail in the province and has a good promotion value.

At the turn of spring and summer each year, we enter the “Hometown of China's White Houses” – the White Base in Hemudu Township, Yuyao City. You can see the green grasses and white grasses on the edge of the fields and river ponds floating in the wind. According to data from the agriculture and forestry department, Hemudu town produces more than 100 million kilograms of konjac white, which means that it will produce more than 100 million kilograms of white phoenix grass. However, many tenant farmers will dispose of their tail grass. During the busy season of picking up white rice, we can see scattered white-tailed white grass everywhere along the roadside, riverside, and village. Although there are special people to clean up every day, but because the yard is not big enough, there are still a lot of rot in the dispersal place, exudes a pungent odor.

However, this brainstorming problem was solved as the project passed acceptance. The author learned from the Yuyao City Agricultural Research Institute that through feeding experiments, Radix Paeoniae alba could partially substitute Peanut leaves and leaves for the rex rabbit feed, and effectively use the abandoned alfalfa grass, which can reduce the cost of feeding, reduce environmental pollution, and increase farmers' income.
