Check the contact bolts and feet and bearing bolts nuts are tightened, and the mechanical aspects of the firm. If the motor is disassembled prior to installation, use a gauge to check that the air gap between the stator and the rotor is uniform. Air gap deviation should not exceed 10% of the average single-sided air gap. When checking plain bearings, clean the bearings with kerosene and the bearings wash until the oil is clear in the oil. Lubricating the lubricating oil on the sliding shaft with oil ring should be injected into the bearing with the lubricating oil of turbine oil (for high-speed motor) or mechanical oil (for low-speed motor), and the specified oil level should be reached.
