2. Causes and remedies: 1 There is oil on the surface of the friction plate. Mainly due to oil seals and other sealing devices damaged, leakage of oil, or improper maintenance, due to excessive oil injection. The source of oil contamination should be identified and eliminated before cleaning. 2 The clutch clearance is too small or there is no clearance. Should be readjusted. 3 The pressure spring breaks or the elastic force weakens. Replace the spring. 4 Wear plate wear. If the friction film is eccentrically worn, severely damaged or too thin, the rivet head is exposed and should be replaced; if the wear is not large, the depth of the rivet is not less than 0.5 mm, and it may not be changed. However, if the rivets loosen, they should be riveted or replaced with new rivets. If the friction plate burns lighter, it can be smoothed with sandpaper. 5 The warpage of the driven plate is deformed, and the unevenness of the flywheel and platen plane is too large. Correct the damage. The 6 return spring is loose or broken and should be replaced.
Second, the clutch is not clear
1. Phenomenon When the clutch pedal is stepped to the end, the power cannot be completely cut off, it is difficult to file or there is a strong click sound.
2. Causes and remedy 1 Clutch free stroke is too large, small brake separation clearance is too small (Eastern Red - 75 drag), or the main clutch separation gap is too small (double acting clutch), resulting in clutch work stroke is insufficient, so that the clutch is not clear Should be adjusted correctly. 2 The inner ends of the three separate levers are not on the same plane, and individual compression springs become soft or break, causing the pressure plate to be skewed and the clutch to be separated unclear. Should adjust or replace the spring. 3 Due to severe wear of clutch bearings and other reasons, the concentricity of the crankshaft and the clutch shaft is damaged, resulting in the yaw of the driven plate; the warping deformation of the driven plate steel, the breakage of the friction plate, etc., will cause the clutch to separate, the driven plate There is still contact with the active part, making the clutch unclear. The deflection of the driven plate should be further identified and eliminated. If necessary, correct the driven steel plate and replace the friction plate. 4 Due to over-thickness and improper installation of the friction plates, the effective working stroke of the clutch is reduced and the separation is not clear. Should identify the reasons for exclusion. Excessive thickness of the friction plate should be replaced, or be made up by adding gaskets between the clutch cover and the flywheel (the thickness of the gasket should not exceed 0.5 mm).
