Cooling optical lens polisher with S&A CW-5300 water chiller

There are many instances about the application of S&A water chillers to polishers. Our last case is with Mr. Gao, who is one of our customers dealing in lens polisher (He purchased CW-6000 water chiller to cool the polishers). We made his acquaintance on the LASER World of PHOTONICS China held in Shanghai. As the polisher itself had been attached with a tank device, S&A suggested Mr. Gao connecting the water chiller directly to the polisher for direct polisher cooling due to the refrigerating efficiency. However now in the case of Mr. Zheng, who is one of our customers engaged in the optical lens polisher (He wants to order CW-5300 water chiller with 1800W cooling capacity) , it turns out that S&A water chiller cannot be directly connected to the polisher. Why is this?

This is because that Mr. Zheng has raised high requirements on the quality of cooling water in the optical lens polisher. Also the water flow design of the polisher is not applicable to the direct connection with the water chiller. Hence in this case, S&A water chiller can only act as a secondary cooling to cool the polisher.

After S&A had offered the quotation, Mr. Zheng immediately placed the order for CW-5300 water chiller.
