The Top 7 best-selling manufacturers are unchanged compared to the same period last year but evolve in different ways. Chevrolet stays ahead by far in spite of sales down 1% to 36,349 and 25.3% market share, Renault is up a splendid 13% to 21,806 and 15.2% and Kia up 7% to 14,497 sales, now above 10% market share at 10.1%. Notice also Ford up 22% at #6, Mazda up 16% to #8, Suzuki up 53% to #10, Mercedes up 60% to #12 and Dongfeng up 40% to #14. Chinese manufacturers are led by Chery (#11) and follow the market at +3% to 9,296 units and 6.5% share vs. 6.4% one year ago.
